    The headquarter of Hefei ZhongChen(HF.ZCQJ) is located in National Economic & Technological Development zone in Hefei city, Anhui province. Since its establishment in 2002,  HF.ZCQJ has focused on manufacturing high-end products and building brand road, striving to build an international brand and become an excellent supplier in the global food packaging industry.It has four subsidiaries namely Baoji Robotech Intelligent Packaging Equipment Co., Ltd., Nanjing Stong Intelligent Equipment Technology Co.,Ltd., Central International Machinery Co.,Ltd., and Hefei Champway Bottling Tech Co., Ltd..  Plus 3 sub-divisions namely Combi-bloc division, Can seamer division, Processing technology division escorts the whole industry chain of liquid food high-end equipment.

    The company's predecessor is Hefei Light Industry Machinery Factory, which was established in 1965 with long history.       Zhongchen Light Machinery undertakes the upgrade and transformation project of 41 Hualun Yibao water production lines, tailoring upgraded solutions for Hualun Yibao's 17 factories with production capacities ranging from 36,000 to 53,000 bottles per hour. By 2023, more than 30 production lines have been successfully delivered according to the plan, receiving high recognition from the customer.

      The 54,000 bph PET line project undertaken by Nanjing Xinshuntong, a subsidiary of Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery, and the robot palletizing and depalletizing machine project delivered successfully at Coca-Cola by Baoji Noberto Taike, a subsidiary of Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery in Baoji, demonstrate the strong ability of Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery and its subsidiaries in supplying complete lines for liquid food packaging production.

      The grand launch of Zhongchen Light Machinery's ERP&PLM&BI domestication integration project marks the beginning of Zhongchen Light Machinery's digital transformation, accelerating the advancement of smart Zhongchen Light Machinery, green Zhongchen Light Machinery, and lean Zhongchen Light Machinery.
      Based on 20 years of information and digitalization accumulation, Zhongchen Light Machinery's digital transformation has become a model for many discrete light industrial manufacturing enterprises. On October 28, 2023, the "Three Enabling" inspection team from the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Digitalization Transformation Conference visited Zhongchen Light Machinery for inspection and research. On October 29, Zhongchen Light Machinery's Party Secretary and Chairman, Zha Zhengwang, was invited to be a guest on Anhui TV's "Wanmei Gongfu" to share the company's successful digital transformation experience and practices. On November 6, CCTV-13 CCTV News Live Focus on Zhongchen Light Machinery's digital transformation to reduce costs and increase efficiency, with small investments yielding big returns.

      The large-capacity PET bottle production line of Zhongchen Light Machinery was successfully delivered to Coca-Cola, producing a variety of large-capacity products, including 7L water under the Coca-Cola brand. With the trend of consumption upgrading, Zhongchen Light Machinery has always been committed to large-capacity PET water line technology and provided advanced and reliable 5L, 7L, 10L, 12L, and 19L large bottle and bucket water lines for Coca-Cola and other users this year.
      Three products developed and manufactured by Zhongchen Light Machinery, including the PET bottle blowing, filling, and capping machine, were awarded the title of "New Products in Anhui Province". In December, Zhongchen Light Machinery's SXP750 intelligent self-cleaning washing machine was identified as "the fourth batch of 2023 Anhui Province's first set of major technological equipment". In 2023, Zhongchen Light Machinery obtained 12 authorized invention patents and 21 utility model patents; and participated in the formulation and revision of three industry standards. Zhongchen Light Machinery has made continuous innovations and advancements in recent years, and has been recognized with numerous honors and awards, running at full speed.

      A high-level delegation from Coca-Cola visited Zhongchen Light Machinery one after another, further opening up global strategic cooperation with Zhongchen Light Machinery. After in-depth inspections and exchanges, the global procurement center of Coca-Cola signed a global cooperation framework agreement with Zhongchen Light Machinery, which will有力 promote the broad prospects of cooperation between Zhongchen Light Machinery and Coca-Cola bottling plants worldwide.

      Zhongchen Light Machinery participated in the 2023 Asian International Craft Beer Exhibition (CBCE2023). In recent years, Zhongchen Light Machinery has been committed to providing high-quality craft beer filling and packaging production line solutions for craft beer industry customers and has become a core high-end supplier of craft beer equipment in China. This year, Zhongchen Light Machinery has once again deepened its cooperation with Snow Brewery China and helped build 3 high-end intelligent packaging production lines for its headquarters base craft beer project, including an aluminum can production line, a glass bottle production line, and a flexible production line, used to produce Snow Brewery China's high-end craft beer, aiming to create a new benchmark for China's beer consumption model.
      The China Food and Packaging Machinery Industry Association Sterilization Processing Technology and Intelligent Equipment Professional Committee was established, and Zhongchen Light Machinery was elected as the vice president unit of the Sterilization Processing Technology and Intelligent Equipment Professional Committee. Zhongchen Light Machinery grasps the future trend and, after years of market research on sterilized product equipment and continuous investment in R&D of sterilization equipment, it launched a PET bottle dry sterilization equipment; at the same time, Zhongchen Light Machinery unveiled a glass bottle flowmeter valve gas-free/gas-containing multi-function sterilized ultra-clean filling and packaging production line for glass bottles, which has been applied at the user site of Danjiangkou Beibingyang.

      At the 11th China International Beverage Industry Technology Exhibition (CBST2023) held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, Zhongchen Light Machinery showcased a 72000-90000 cans/hour super-high-speed aluminum can filling and sealing machine. This model has a filling mixture temperature of up to 20°C, high level of electronic application, strong flexibility and applicability, and is suitable for cold and hot dual filling of beer, beverages and other products, representing another major scientific and technological progress in the Chinese liquid food light industrial machinery equipment industry. This year, Zhongchen Light Machinery has delivered multiple 36000-90000 bottles/hour high-speed aluminum can production lines to customers such as Jianlibao, PepsiCo, Wanglaoji, Quchengshi and Pearl River Brewery.

      A high-level delegation from Heineken came to visit Zhichen Light Machinery shortly after the pandemic. As one of the top 20 core suppliers among Heineken's 11,000 global suppliers, Zhichen Light Machinery is the preferred supplier of beer packaging industry for Heineken Group's global 2.0 scale production line strategy in China. Currently, more than 20 beer and beverage production lines at Heineken factories around the world are running with Zhichen Light Machinery equipment. This visit by Heineken once again witnessed Zhichen Light Machinery's development and progress, while Heineken aims to implement and continue its scaled supplier strategy.
      Zhichen Light Machinery held its Third Workers' (Members') Congress, comprehensively summarizing the achievements of the past five years and deeply analyzing the current opportunities and challenges. The congress also clarified the strategic direction for the future development. The successful holding of the congress is of great significance in gathering the wisdom and strength of all workers and driving the high-quality development of the company. At the same time, the company held the founding ceremony of the Youth League Committee and the first meeting of the Youth League members, marking the resumption of the Youth League work at Zhichen Light Machinery.       Under the joint efforts of Huang Xianhuai, president of Anhui Jianzhu University, and Zha Zhengwang, chairman and president of Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery, the corporate-university cooperation between Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery and Anhui Jianzhu University was officially launched. That same year, the two sides successfully signed a project for industrial and academic research, conducting several key research projects. This cooperation has effectively promoted innovation-driven high-quality development and accelerated the landing of industrial and academic research cooperation.
      Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery continued to promote the design and application of flexible production lines, and the production lines provided for well-known domestic and foreign users such as Qingdao Beer, Qiandaohu Beer, Hua Yang 1982, and Cardonburg were successfully put into operation. The flexible production lines supplied by Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery are characterized by flexibility, including compatibility with beverages and beer products, carbonated and non-carbonated, glass bottles and aluminum cans and tin cans, as well as compatibility with various sealing methods. That same year, Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery signed a 10-year exclusive agency agreement with H.D. Eckhardt Company for the application of ring caps in the Chinese market.

      On January 28, the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government held the "first meeting of the New Year", and Zhongchen Light Machinery, a national-level "specialized, specialized, featured, innovative small giant", and one of the top 50 "specialized, specialized, featured" enterprises in Anhui Province, was invited to attend the meeting.       Two high-speed glass bottle carbonated beverage production lines made by Zhongchen Light Machinery were shipped to international Coca-Cola and PepsiCo companies, and will be put into operation in March 2023. This continued Zhongchen Light Machinery's strong influence on international Coca-Cola and PepsiCo, and the two high-speed production lines adopted advanced unloading and stacking, loading and unloading, washing, filling and mixing, and conveyor belt technologies. They represent the leading level of Chinese design and manufacturing and have received high praise from international Coca-Cola and PepsiCo.
      The digital transformation MES&WMS project of Zhongchen Light Machinery was officially launched, making it the first enterprise in Anhui Province to be selected as a "2022 Annual Digital Transformation Lighthouse Case Enterprise". The same year, it obtained the "Two Integration Management System Evaluation Certificate", completed the upgraded version of two-integration standard certification in a short time, and became a unit that obtained the highest AAA certification in two-integration management system. All of these indicate that Zhongchen Light Machinery has achieved a stage of results in its efforts to promote digital transformation construction.

      The 36000 cans (bottles)/hour flexible beverage production line of Zhongchen Light Machinery was put into operation at Tai Shun Bio's Taishan base. The production line is compatible with both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, and the can line is suitable for various can types and can be equipped with fruit particles online. The glass bottle line is compatible with various bottle types and neck sizes, and is compatible with 38mm and 28mm screw caps. In recent years, Zhongchen Light Machinery has continuously innovated, with customer needs at the center, adapting to the market's diversified combination mechanism, and has completed the super high design level and application of flexible production lines.
      On November 17, Zhazhengwang, chairman and president of Zhongchen Light Machinery, was invited to the "Easy Sea Lecture Hall" of Anhui Jianzhu University to give a wonderful speech with the theme of "Success Can Be Copied". The lecture was hosted by Huang Xianhuai, deputy secretary and president of Anhui Jianzhu University. Anhui Jianzhu University and Zhongchen Light Machinery also held an exchange meeting on scientific research and production.       On October 8, Zhongchen Light Machinery held a flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the company's 20th anniversary. The ceremony marked the official start of Zhongchen Light Machinery's 20th anniversary celebration series of activities. During the period from October to December, the company held various activities such as a basketball match, a table tennis match, and a "I Grow with Zhongchen" themed speech contest. The 20th anniversary celebration event, "Grateful for Your Support, Embrace the Future," was held on December 20, marking the conclusion of the series of activities. Through the series of celebration activities, Zhongchen Light Machinery showcased its 20-year development journey and looked forward to an even brighter future.
      Zhongchen Light Machinery signed a carbonated drink production line project with Daiya Drinks. As a representative brand of national carbonated drinks, Daiya Drinks has the highest technical requirements for production line equipment. Zhongchen Light Machinery's carbonated drink production line can fully meet the customer's technical requirements. In 2022, Zhongchen Light Machinery's carbonated drink production line also cooperated with Beijing Ice Cream, Tianfu Cola, Jianlibao, Hua Yang 1982, and Hanrong, among other national beverage brands.
      The national enterprise technology center of Zhongchen Light Machinery was evaluated by the National Development and Reform Commission as "good." Zhongchen Light Machinery achieved numerous scientific and technological innovations throughout the year, with a total of 29 authorized patents. Among them, there were 7 invention patents, 2 appearance patents, and 20 utility model patents.

      On September 19, Zhou Yuxian, Party Secretary, Chairman, Party Secretary, Chairman of China Building Materials Group, and Party Secretary, Chairman, General Manager of China Building Materials Stock, visited Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery for inspection and guidance.       On September 7, the highly anticipated 2022 Asian International Craft Beer Exhibition (CBCE 2022) was successfully held at the Nanjing International Expo Center. On September 12, Drinktec, the world's highest level of beer and beverage industry equipment manufacturing, opened grandly at the Munich International Exhibition Center. On September 20, the 2022 World Manufacturing Conference, themed "Manufacturing the World, Creating a Better Future," was held at the Wuxi Binhu International Expo Center.       The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China has made public the list of enterprises for the fourth batch of specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative "little giant" enterprises in Anhui Province. Zhongchen Light Machinery has successfully been recognized as a national-level specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative "little giant" enterprise. Anhui TV's "News Broadcast" aired a special topic of anchoring on "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative", reporting the remarkable achievements made by Zhongchen Light Machinery in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing for beer and beverages in recent years, demonstrating the strong vitality of the national-level specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative "little giant" enterprise.

      The first(Passion Fruit) Full Industrial Chain Conference in Congjiang County, Guizhou Province was grandly held as scheduled. A total of over 300 people, including leaders at all levels in Guizhou Province, the delegation from Jiangnan University, and the news media, visited the distribution center of agricultural specialties in Congjiang County and the production line of passion fruit sparkling water beverages.       Chongqing Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. has signed multiple beer ring cap equipment projects with Snow Brewery. Currently, the integrated ring cap equipment provided by Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery has served many domestic and international top brands, including Heineken, Budweiser, Yanjing, Snow Brewery, Qingbei, Zhuanbei, Qiandaohu Brewery, PepsiCo, Ruins Brewing, Uber Brewing, Kadendorf Brewing, Gambrinus, Jiangxiu, Jinxing, and Capona Wine Industry. Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery has successfully put into production more than 100 production lines at home and abroad, including or upgrading almost all well-known filling machine manufacturers' machines.

      Zhongchen Light Machinery signed a contract with Cardenberg Brewery for a flexible production line for craft beer. The flexible line is compatible with glass bottles and 1L tin cans, and is also compatible with beer and beverages. In 2022, Zhongchen Light Machinery provided multiple flexible production lines to customers based on their needs. They have been successfully applied to customers such as Pearl River Brewery, Wu Shixian Brewery, Qiandao Lake Brewery, AIER Brewery, and Qingxi Craft Brewery.

The electromechanical automation team at Zhongchen Light Industrial Machinery has opened up a new mode of remote commissioning and diagnosis to help customers quickly put their production lines into operation and ensure stable operation. Using internet technology, the company has created a remote operation and maintenance platform to establish 24/7 connections with customers' sites both at home and abroad. This has enabled remote installation, commissioning, and diagnosis. The company has successfully completed projects such as the can type upgrade of Heineken's 60,000 cans/hour can beer production line in Russia, the commissioning of new equipment for PepsiCo and F&N Group, and its technical strength, service spirit, and equipment quality have won high praise from customers.

      Zhongchen Light Industry has emerged as a leader in the field of factory production line relocation and upgrading for beverage and beer manufacturers based on market demand and its own technical expertise and experience. It has successfully completed the task of moving PET carbonated beverage line from Aksu, Xinjiang to Tianjin factory for UniGroup; the intelligent upgrade of carbonated beverage line at Jianlibao Zhenjiang factory; and the upgrade of imported line at Coca-Cola Shanghai factory. At the same time, Zhongchen Light Industry has successfully implemented the servo drive system upgrade of 90,000 cans per hour filling and capping machine in several factories under Coca-Cola.
      The Zhongchen Light Industry arc welding robot workstation has successfully gone into operation, mainly for automatic welding of filling tank bodies in filling machines. This is a major breakthrough in the application of intelligent equipment technology by Zhongchen Light Industry. In recent years, Zhongchen Light Industry has attached great importance to the development of intelligent production and has continuously increased its investment in intelligent equipment. By building provincial digital workshops and smart factories, it has quickly upgraded and transformed, updating and upgrading its existing equipment and management methods digitally and intelligently, concentrating its core personnel and technical experts into project groups, actively conducting exchange activities, and gradually accumulating innovative achievements to lay a solid foundation for the comprehensive promotion of high-quality development of the enterprise.

      On March 1, Nanjing Conveying Subsidiary - Nanjing Xinshuntong Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established, and on June 1, it successfully went into operation. The company is equipped with multiple advanced processing equipment, and in the six-month period, it has undertaken the conveyor solutions for multiple high-speed production lines with a capacity of 54,000 bottles/hour for PET bottle carbonated beverage production.
      The ZCMB80 fully automatic high-speed single-channel film wrapping machine developed by Baoji Dry Packaging Subsidiary - Baoji Nuobotaite Intelligent Packaging Equipment Co., Ltd. has been successfully launched. This model is another sincere effort by Zhongchen Light Machinery, and it adopts a touch screen control system, allowing all settings and operations to be easily and effortlessly completed. Multiple menu smart storage allows one-click access to bottle types and specifications during conversion. The human-machine interface is friendly, and the equipment can operate stably at a rate of 80 packages per minute.

      The "SXP750 Intelligent Self-Cleaning Washing Machine" developed by Zhongchen Light Industrial Machinery, the "BG2000A Craft Beer Filling Four-in-one Machine", the "YLGD54 Cold and Hot Double-fill Easy-open Cans Filling and Sealing Integrated Machine", and the "FCGN608015 Energy-saving High-precision Electronic Valve Filling and Capping Three-in-one Machine" have passed the new product recognition of Anhui Province. Among them, the "BG2000A Craft Beer Filling Four-in-one Machine" has also successfully been selected for the "2022 First Batch of Anhui Province's First Set of Major Technological Equipment List".

That same year, Zhongchen Light Machinery successfully completed the research and manufacturing of its 50,000 bottles/hour high-speed beer line.

As a new business branch, Zhongchen Light Machinery further expanded its market share in the sauce and condiment filling and packaging line, with its high-end sauce and condiment production lines running in well-known seasoning companies such as Haishen Yellow Wine, Shanxi Lao Chen Vinegar, and Wang Zhihe.

      Zhongchen Light Machinery awarded 10 employees the title of "2011 Quality Advanced Individual" in order to encourage excellence and boost morale, and held a commendation ceremony for them.       A contract was signed with Kangzhiwei Group for a full line of salted drink filling production, to be used in the Wuhan branch. The successful cooperation for the first time brought new opportunities. Fujian Kangzhiwei expanded its production scale and signed two turnkey projects with Zhongcheng Light Industry Machinery for production lines with a capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour.

      Cooperation with Carlsberg Brewery
      In 2008, Zhongchen Light Machinery signed a contract for a 24,000BPH glass bottle carbonated beverage production line turnkey project with Carlsberg Group for use by Lao Holding Bottling Plant.
      In early 2010, Carlsberg Group purchased a 28,000BPH glass bottle carbonated beverage production line from Zhongchen Company for use in its bottling plant in Africa.
      In the same year, Carlsberg Group purchased a 40,000BPH beer/drink combination production line turnkey project from Zhongchen Company, consisting of nine major systems, which went into operation in October 2011.

      The alliances with Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and Wahaha:
      In 2005, the Coca-Cola system and Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. began a good strategic cooperation and established a joint laboratory. More than 15 high-speed glass bottle and PET production lines have been successfully put into operation in the Coca-Cola system both at home and abroad since then.
      In 2007, the company's products successfully entered the PepsiCo international system, and 16 high-speed glass bottle, PET carbonated and juice lines have been running in the PepsiCo system so far.       In February, the groundbreaking ceremony for the new plant of Zhongchen Light Machinery Co., Ltd. was held in the new plant site of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, and it was successfully completed in early 2004, covering an area of nearly 100,000 square meters.
